ime going to candolim on 22 november.

ime so looking forward to it but the weather forcasts havent been too good,

being the sunworshipper that i am, will i get a suntan that time of year?

being a sunworshiper i hope you are aware of the dangers of the tropical sun... there are plenty of warnings on this forum about malaria, and rightly so, but... the sun must also be respected... it isnt simply warm in the sun check-out bruahy%26#39;s weather reports it gets to 44-5c in the sun so dont forget to use a high factor and ease your way into your tan especially if you take a few beers during the day...

Well I have known people to get a tan even in the cloudy afternoons of the monsoon months.

The sun is strong all year round in Goa and the majority of India - my Indian mates still get a tan when they go up to Punjab January. The sun is not as strong up there.

So to sum up, yes you will get a tan!

i am one of those people who burn instantly,so

stick the sun up your,well never mind,if you want

to follow my advice,find a shack,get in the shade,

get a kingfisher,sorted.

I find it%26#39;s easier to be sensible in the sun in Goa. The midday heat naturally drives you to your favourite shack for a couple of hours where you can sit in the shade, have a cheap lunch and down a few cold ones! (beers or fabulous fresh juices). As long as I stay out of it during the hottest time of day, I don%26#39;t tend to burn.

Nov-Dec is a great time to get a good tan for Christmas. Lot%26#39;s of sunshine but not too hot to sit in outside the midday period
