Devbagh island

Does anyone know if you can book this trip with anyone other than day trippers, and can you book it for more than 1 night and isf so what are the prices. Day triper charge 拢49 per person for the 1 night 2 day trip. My wife and i would like to do 4 days 2 nights. Can you just get a taxi driver to take and pick up then a boat out to the island. All any / info would be appreciated.

Dirtbag Island does have its own web site.We did try to book for a couple of nights in the New Year, but was told they were fully booked.

You would certainly be able to make your own way and book independently, providing they have available accommodation. The log cabins book up first, after which they have brick bungalows and tents.

The accommodation on Devbagh is very limited, as it%26#39;s a national park site and its main draw is the peace and tranquility. I think the maximum it can accommodate is less than 30 per night.

A taxi could take you and the boat would be prearranged to meet you to take you across.

An alternative would be to go through daytrippergoa and email them to request a 2 night stay. It would probably be dearer, but they would make all the arrangements.

We went last year and arranged a different day than their advertised schedule. Though it tok a while to confirm whether Devbagh could accommodate us, it worked out fine and we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this trip if you want to get away from it all for a day or 2.

--However have now canceled Goa and are returning to the Maldives when we thought about it you cant beat paradise, so the money we would have spent in goa food drink trips has paid for it
