Please help I need to somewhere lively!!!!

Help!!

We are staying at the Park Hyatt resort at Arrosim beach South Goa next week, I know it%26#39;s quite a way out from any night life. We don%26#39;t like spending our evenings in the hotel Goa has too much going on for that. Where is the best place to go for a fairly lively night and the best places to eat on aregular basis, how far and much in a taxi. Are there any beach shacks within walking distance, don%26#39;t mind walking for 30 mins to an hour for a beer! Also where is the best shopping area?

what do you mean lively? Music, dancing, noise, lots of people, fish and chips? Or just lots of people.

Anywhere that has a number of bars and places to eat, preferably with a choice of different bars i.e some noisey with music some a bit more relaxing; anything other than a stuffy 5* hotel, (I like staying in one but not the entertainment on offer!).

I don%26#39;t think you will find ';lively'; in South Goa. The North (Baga)is more lively with Clubs like Titos and several places with Kareoke and loud music - not my cup of tea but each to his own. Try and make the most of the lovely scenery, people and culture rather than sticking to what you can get in the UK - it may be gone forever if everywhere gets the same.
