Hi, does anyone know if the Cash Machines in Goa - accept Visa Delton Debit cards from the Halifax.
Im flying out tomorrow morning and was wondering if i could withdraw cash - once im there.

Yes they do, but Halifax will charge you for the privilige.

You have to notify your bank that you are going to be using your card in Goa.
We had a problem in January when a friend we were travelling with had his card stopped.
Apparently it is a security measure.
I rang my bank (the Halifax) from Goa, before I used my card, and then had no problems at all.
