There was heavy rain with thunderstorms in Trivandrum City yesterday, Kovalam however was overcast mostly and had one light shower around midday which raised the humidity some what.

we returned from kovalam sunday after 2 weeks of glorious sunshine, showers on saturday were rather lovely after being so hot

Sorry to be so vague but remember Michael Fish the BBC weather forecaster.....

The weather here is still fine and sunny although the forecast is for thundery showers in Trivandrum on a daily basis they do not materialize here in Kovalam.

No really, we love a good tropical thunderstorm, preferably with lots of sheet lightning too.

Just getting cases out of the loft to pack ready for Thursday flight. I have just looked at the weather forcast on weather.co.uk for Trivandrum and it says cloudy and Thunderstorms everyday for the next ten days. Personnally I would rather beleive you, as here in South East UK they said it would snow last night, not even a frost this morning I dont think the forecasts are ever right.

I will leave the brolly at home and look forward to sunshine and the odd tropical storm sounds good to me.

Cant wait to get there Friday am.

Don%26#39;t believe the forecast on the net. Before I went to Kerala, I checked several times and was disappointed to note that it was going to be cloudy with some rain. However, we had two weeks of glorious sunshine!

It is still fine and sunny here, the seas are pretty rough today and the exchange rate is 78.4 at the money changers.
