I am going to Goa with my girlfriend on April 2.

Suggestions anyone on which part of Goa to visit and if there are any smaller very cozy hotels around, preferably a bit luxurious... %26#39;smiles*

I just have a fligtht so all possibilities are open.

Any sugestiosn, i guess if i find the right hotel it will become the first base for a couple of weeks...

A designerhotel or something really odd/personal but genuinely cool...

Take a look at Coconut Creek, Bogmalo, 20 rooms in 10 villas, mainly around a palm fringed pool about 400 metres from the beach. There are some good reviews on it on this site and it%26#39;s only 10 mins from the airport so has easy access to both north and south Goa.

I%26#39;ve always wanted to try ';Presa di Goa';, which is a lovely boutique hotel around 10 mins from Baga/Calangute. Google it and you%26#39;ll get their website, it looks fantastic! You might also get some feedback from someone who%26#39;s actually stayed there.

We stayed at the Presa di Goa in January for two days. Loved it so much we are already booking in

for next year. Small and cozy would be a fitting description and the food is great.Reminded us of hotels in Loire, France.
