going to goa in two weeks , five of us for partners 40th , when we went to thailand we just had tshirt and 1/4 shorts on .. is this ok for candolim ... is there a dress code in the bars ........

No dress code that I have seen, Tshirt and short will be fine.

Came back from Thailand 3 weeks ago and wore same clothes on an evening in both Thailand and Goa.
