does anyone know roughly how much a taxi would cost from the airport to cavelossim??? i am staying at the haathi mahal.

last time we went we used the coach but just want to get there asap and not hang around!!

A little tip if you can afford it.When you get near the end of your holiday and if you plan to go back save a thousand rupees to cover your transfer fee on your next trip. I know you are not allowed to take the money out of the country but they don%26#39;t always check and if you put it in your suitcase they won%26#39;t look for it there. This saves the hassle of changing money when you go back as you are already have it.

I thought the rules about taking out momey from Goa had changed. Can anyone shed light on it?

Actually we did just that last time we were there in November - didn%26#39;t realise it might be illegal - oopps!!

It was only about that so and we are going back...

Never had a problem in many years of going to Goa taking rupees out of India and coming back with them the next trip and have never heard of anybody else having a problem.
