Hi, of to candolim 16th march. Our first time, could someone please suggest a good trip to bathe with the elephants and how much the trip would cost?

Hi We went two weeks ago. We booked the Elephant/Spice plantation with Day tripper It was about £29 that included washing the elephants and a power shower, trip to village temple, village school and walk round spice plantation and Lunch.

Jungle Book is definately the best in my opinion having done that and the spice plantation. The jungle book trip is overnight, includes a ride on the elephant and lots interaction with the elephants as well as the once daily wash which is the elephants proper bath with you helping the mahouts and not a trudge for it back and forth from the river to be scrubbed all day long by tourists.

hi if you are staying at the highland beach resort make your way out onto the main road turn left about 100yds on the left is johns boat tours they also do trips check out there prices for there trips before you commit to anyone we have used them when we have ventured out. Also try the night at cola beach in the tents it is a great experience.
